The Footprint Gallery is situated in the Ironbridge Gorge near Telford, a World Heritage Site. The open exhibition was in a specialist gallery surrounded by working artist studios that you were able to visit. I had three pieces displayed here of Chloe, Plump, and Falloch.
It was interesting to visit the exhibition and see the wide variety of styles and mediums that were presented. I had noticed that I was one of a small handful of portrait artists, and one of the only ones that portrayed portraiture in such an abstracted way. I believed that my pieces stood out very clearly and made a statement in the space, as well as commanding attention with the boldness of each of them.
