This is an experimentation in form and material. Utilising the paint from Swindon Paint Fest 2023, the succulent creation stems from the bloom piece and a recent embroidery project. The development of the natural subject matter comes from the artists’ love of plants. The blocks of colours tied in with the previous portraiture work and went hand in hand with the development of medium and subject.
